Very easy going. Just like every other interview out there. I applied online and in some days I had a face to face interview. The question were mostly general questions about previous experience. People were really nice and welcoming and the whole process was really friendly and straightforward. However these interviews are different nowadays for sure since there were always new employees who were managing the "HR" things. But I am sure you can get a job there pretty easy.
