Very disappointing experience with the recruitment process for the graphic designer position at Medicine. The process involved completing three very time-consuming and detailed illustration tasks, which took over a week of my time – all unpaid. After waiting for over a week, I received only a brief rejection with no constructive feedback. When I requested more detailed feedback on my work, the company stopped responding. I find this approach to be a lack of respect for candidates and their time. Requiring such complex tasks without any compensation is a practice that shouldn’t happen. A complete waste of time and energy. I do not recommend.
