Overall a positive experience. The process was professional and respectful throughout. I interviewed for the Working Student SWE role and, while I wasn't selected in the end, I have no complaints about how things were handled. The interviewers were courteous and the conversation flowed well. Questions were fair and relevant to the role. Communication was clear, and the atmosphere was welcoming rather than intimidating. I was ultimately rejected, but the rejection was handled respectfully. I'd still recommend the process to other students considering applying.
