Through and involved, but in a good way. They ask a lot of questions about how you deal with conflict, people, and categories. It's more if you are a fit to the culture of the company, versus competency. If it seems like you would be able to pick up things, you will do fine there.

Multiple rounds of interviews: phone call, zoom, presentation. Multiple projects: self evaluation, 40 hour presentation, mini projects Presentation to whole company. All of this took many weeks, days off of work and nights. The presentation took a whole week, only to not hear back at all. No call, no email, no follow up. A waste of time for all parties.
