Received an invitation to complete an online interview via the HireVue platform. Was required to record my responses to 5 standard questions asked across all applicants (re-recording of answers were permitted) and complete cognitive ability tests.
The process begins with a video interview consisting of seven questions, where candidates are given multiple opportunities to re-record their responses, allowing them to refine and improve their answers. This is followed by psychometric testing, which assesses numerical, logical, and behavioural attributes. Overall, the process can feel quite lengthy, as the company typically takes a considerable amount of time to respond between stages.
Did not really take the interview but the first stage is virtual interview at HireVue. Would have 6 questions including personality tests and interests questions. We can have a chance for practice questions before doing.
Primero se envía la solicitud, la siguiente etapa es subir videos respondiendo preguntas determinadas. Luego viene una actividad grupal. Y la última etapa es la entrevista con líderes de BHP.
