Overall a lengthy and thorough interview process. I had a recruiter reach out to me on LinkedIn and after communicating back and forth we set up a phone call. After the phone call the recruiter presented candidates and I was selected for an in-person interview. My first in-person interview was with the HR, my would be manager, and the manager of the team I'd work closely with. A few days later the recruiter called me to say that I was going to move forward in the process and that the next step was an online 2-hour personality and competency exam. After I finish the exam my scores came back a few days later and the recruiter reached out saying they would like to set up a second set of interviews. The next set of interviews included the remaining managers of the department, a tour of the campus, an interview with a long term employee, and finally the vice president of the department. Overall the process took just under 2 months but that was with coronavirus interfering. The advice I would give to candidates is to be geniune and take your time to really think, especially during the personality and competency exam.
