A difficult process involving: the initial written application, multiple choice questions, video application, online assessment day, actual interview. Definitely a worthwhile experience but lengthy process for very few positions! Would recommend to anyone looking to get interview experience as was one of the toughest experiences I’ve had
4 months long process, CV, test, recorded online interview and then a virtual assessment centre which included a group assessment, portfolio review and interview. Good communication throughout, take time with your answers.
