Quick phone screen to see if you are interested in the position. After that you meet with two separate associates and are asked a series of behavioral interview questions.
Laid back was in a newer building and very energetic. Questions were what to expect working for a bank. Asked if over time was a problem when it was busy.

Pretty easy, behavioral and tech questions with one surprise question. Wouldn't sweat this, if you've applied for a Gov job this is like cake-walk lol. The main thing is look professional. Don't focus on the depressed people you see in the office.
