I recently interviewed with Aviso. Overall, the interview went well and I was able to solve all three problems. On the first one, I initially went down the wrong path and had to be corrected by the interviewer, which caused me to take extra time. I didn’t receive a call back, and when I asked for feedback, I was informed that it was not positive and that they would not be moving forward with my application.

The CEO first reached out to me on LinkedIn and asked to share the resume if I were interested.. Since I was actively looking for job, I responded and shared the resume. Soon, two more people reached out on LinkedIn asking same detail. I shared and within 5 days they scheduled first round of interview.. Then a week later another round was also done.. Both were average. In the first round the interviewer didn't even seem interested.
After two rounds, no updates and nobody responds.. If candidates don't fit their requirements, they could atleast inform of their decision.. Utterly unprofessional people..!
