After submitting my application, I was asked to complete (2) assessments. The 1st one was an automated phone screen, followed by a test on data analysis. Once completed, I was invited to a (live) phone introduction interview that lasted about 20 minutes. I was later asked to participate in a online interview with two senior leadership members, which lasted about 1-hour. After that, I was asked to complete a case assignment and present it to the team. Not long afterward, I received an offer letter. However, the total compensation of $65,000—comprising a $55,000 base salary, a $5,000 bonus, and $5,000 in options—was quite low. Not to mention, they turned it into a contract, with a review after 6 months. We attempted some negotiations for about a week, but ultimately I decided to walk away from the opportunity.
