I sent in a resume by email. I received a prompt reply (within a few days) requesting to set up an in person interview. I was interviewed by one person who handles the business side of the flight school. They do want their non-flying employees to have some flying experience/a rating. I believe this is to ensure that the customers perspective is fully understood by the staff. Everyone I talked to was friendly and helpful. There were no logistical snags with the interview. They were willing to accommodate interviews at any of their 4 locations.
