HR reached out via LinkedIn and we organized first meeting with HR specialist and group leader. However group leader was joined little bit late and left after 5 mins, i found this disrespectful and unprofessional, although I continued to the interview with HR afterwards, it was just prevent to behave like him and do the same mistake to them.
