Initial screening was professional and quick and simple , quickly progressed to the 2nd interview a week later. The 2nd interview was on Teams, the interviewer did not even switch his camera , furthermore he had his dog on his lap. How unprofessional, did not bother to ask me about me, was very self obsessed with himself. Very bad experience. Actually red flags with the way this interview was conducted.
