Entrevista
Four interviews. 3 technical interviews. Then after completing what was titled the “final interview” I was asked to do another three interviews.
When asked to provide my availability I gave them 2-3 weeks worth of open availability. No one got back to me for about a week and when they did, I was given less than 24hrs notice from the interview request being sent to when it was. After the second time of this happening, I mentioned to the scheduler it was difficult to accommodate last minute requests for interviews when I was still employed and I had supplied plenty of availability that would have allowed for more notice.
I was told it was easier for them to schedule this way and if I needed more than 24hrs to make arrangements to do the interview I should have explicitly specified this. They argued with me that it wasn’t an inconvenience to send out requests with less than 24 hrs notice and didn’t see a problem with it.
I was also constantly contacted during the one hour I mentioned I couldn’t take phone calls. 4 phone calls in one hour. When I had said I was available any time before this time. They called 3 minutes before and then proceeded to call me 3 more times during the one hour block I said I couldn’t take a call.
My overall impression of the company was they didn’t value the applicants time or have respect for potential employees. It was treated like it was a gift to be allowed to interview with their company rather than a chance for the applicant and company to see if it was a good fit.
After interviewing for over a month and being asked to perform 3 more technical interviews(potentially another months time) I told them i was not interested in continuing with their interviewing process. If the first two interviewers can’t properly assess the credentials of the candidate, why are they interviewing with them at all. It was a waste of time and I would recommend the company re-evaluate their interview process.

Anything not listed in the job description. All of the technical questions were topics not listed on the job description. When I asked about this, I was told they wanted to assess all of my knowledge. Good luck.
The interview process was fairly standard, consisting of three rounds: one with HR and two technical interviews. There were no live coding tasks or unusual questions—just clear, professional discussions focused on my background, problem-solving approach, and technical experience.

First meeting with HR, second meeting with the direct Manager and HR. Received a call with a verdict a few days later.
Meetings were quite informal, as it was for a Graduate position.

Primeiro com o RH conversamos sobre a vaga e meus interesses. A entrevista técnica bem descontraída. Um bate papo sobre diversas coisas relacionadas à área (TDD, Scrum, Angular e etc) com um arquiteto de software apaixonado pela empresa, o que me cativou.
