My experience with Avado has been nothing but amazing. After applying, I was contacted by Eva and had a wonderful conversation, Eva was just the most brilliant spark for the start of my journey. We spoke of my experience, why I applied and what I hope to bring to the role. Eva very booked me in to the second phase to meet (virtually) with Mary, an LDCM. Mary was such a joy to speak to, a wonderful interview experience and such a lovely person. We covered my experience in more detail and gave examples of how my experiences relate to the role. I soon after was invited to meet Claire (HLD) and prepare a short presentation (my favourite thing to do). Claire was again such a joy to speak to, very welcoming and positive. We covered my experiences in more detail and covered any areas of concern. After a very anxious weekend I finally recieved a call from Eva with amazing news of an offer. To be honest, I still think I'm dreaming. I want to say a huge thank you to Eva for being such a wonderful representative of Avado, for making my experience thus far so positive and for just being such an amazing person. This part of my life I will call "The Game Changer"
