My first interview in 22 years so I really did not know what to expect so I prepared myself with interview questions. When speaking with Service Manager she basically asked simple question such as, Tell me about yourself, what was your current role and told me a little about their company. Then she asked the final questions what was my last salary? When I told her she stated "It would be no rooms for negotiation because they were contracted by the state". She then stated she would forward all information over to the Manager and someone would get back to me. They never did.
