Very thorough. I met with HR, the President/Board Member of IT, and various managers. A bit repetitive in the information that I had to give, but overall, I could tell they really wanted to get to know me as both an employee as a person. Definitely wear a suit. No short skirts. Tights are necessary if you wear a skirt. Ties are necessary if you're a guy.
