If you do good in these courses, you can end up with a part time job offer, which later can be turned to a proper full time occupation.

The company has very close ties with the Budapest University of Technology and Economics. I was studying there and was working with them for a semester as an intern. After my internship they approached me with a possibility to become a full time Softwer Engineer at the company. We agreed on the salary and stuff and I become a full time worker, there was no specific technical or HR interview, they got to know me during my internship.
