I interviewed with Audax Private Debt in their New York office. First round was held on campus where I did two 30 minute interviews with a VP and two analysts. I was invited to their offices for a second round interview where I had three 30 minute interviews. One of the 3 interviews included technical questions but the other 2 were mainly run downs of my resume.

What are the major differences between the income statement and statement of cash flows, how would it realistically impact the way we view a company if we only had one statement?

Case interview w vp first round, then another two MD cases and one HR MD for final round and then offers, the cases were guided and not open ended consulting style, felt like real applicable cases
I reached out to panelists after an online forum, and I have 100% success rate in hearing back from all of them, even VP's and MD's. The phone calls were very casual and I genuinely learned a lot about the company, its structures, and about insights into the works of PE

Consulting Case Questions + Behavioral. Two rounds - first round was one case and on behavioral, second was ~4 interviews. Much more akin to a consulting style interview with 'Case in Point' style questions.
