I applied online for one of their mechanical engineer positions. Within two days got contacted via email to set up an initial interview with their in house recruiter. I waited on the zoom call for half an hour, no one showed up and I followed up via email to ask if they'd like to reschedule (life happens, I get it) but never heard back. Advice to management: Prospective hires take time out of their day and perhaps even their current jobs to invest in an interview. At the very least, be respectful and notify of any changes or follow up after the fact, even if you changed your mind. The employee reviews of this company made me hesitant at first to interview, but now I understand why many employees have a negative experience.
