I had an initial call with a Recruiter, and was so put off by her approach. She showed up almost 10 minutes late and didn't acknowledge it or apologize. The conversation felt very inorganic and like she was just looking to check boxes. It felt as though she was just looking to rush through the conversation. She also told me she'd have an update by a certain day, and did not - I had to proactively follow up to get an update. Lastly, I asked her for feedback at the end of the call, and she basically punted/ignored my question. Not what I was expecting from such a seemingly people-first company.

The process consisted of over 5 different interview sessions spanning over nearly 2 months due to lack of availability to interview on their side. In the end the recruiter completed ghosted me for over a week. I never heard back anything after several attempts and eventually checked LinkedIn to see that the recruiter had left the company.
