As soon as I sat down for an interview with the immediate department manager, the three other senior managers jumped in and started bombarding questions. Definitely good cop/bad cop, but the good cop was pretty quiet. A asked about schedule flexibility, and that was a huge turn-off for them. I think they pretty much shut me down after that. Warned about hours and working conditions, asked if I was up for that, I said yes. I thought I had struck some common ground with the senior manager, but apparently not enough.

Interview was generally easy. Mostly asked about your experience and your schedule. There is also a discussion about the job itself and what it can entail. They ask you if you are comfortable working call-in's, weekends, overtime, etc. Overall a good interview. However I would have to rate the interview as neutral because the hiring managers have completely ghosted me after the interview process. I understand if a candidate isn't selected for a role, but it's only professional to give notice to the candidate after the interview takes place.
