Online Competency Questions - Online tests - Telephone Interview - Assessment Centre. At the assessment day there are three main tasks. The first was a technical interview with two engineers. The second is a written exercise. You get given a pack of information and ten minutes to read it all and then 30 minutes to write a three page report. The last exercise is a group exercise where you are given a pack of information again and you have to work together and discuss and agree on the best solution. There were three people in my group, including myself. The telephone interview is mainly competency based. Online test are standard numeracy, literacy and logic tests which you can practice online before sitting them.
