The interview was very laid back. The interviewer was also easy to talk to, so that helped. It honestly felt more like an orientation then an interview, especially if you have previous customer service experience.

Very relaxed interview process. Once we were in the office, I was provided information on the company. The manager was very easy to talk to and offered chances for me to ask questions. Took about 20-30 minutes and was offered the position.
