The interview process was probably exactly what you’d see in your research- phone screen, phone interview and 4 person panel. 4 person panel interview asked typical STAR method questions. Practice, prepare scenarios and how to apply the STAR method, and you will do well!

Entrevista
Several phone screens, including one video interview, as the hiring manager wasn't local. Followed up with an in-person multi-hour panel. Overall very smooth, and easy to participate along with.
The process was slow, with several weeks between each step, and a very delayed or slow response to email. Understanding that I wasn't the only person they were interviewing, the delayed responses sent the message that hiring for this position wasn't a priority.
Ultimately, I was passed over for the position, but several inquiries for an update went ignored, no feedback was given after the in-person interviews.
