I was contacted by Asurion several times for an interview. I did an over the phone interview where they asked general questions. After that we did role playing. I have previous technical support experience so I thought this would be a breeze but no. At the end of the interview the recruiter said she will get back to me within 24-48 hours, I knew that I didn't get the job based on my friends experience who work there. Surely enough I didn't.

The interview process can take a few weeks. There is an online assessment, phone interview, in person interview, and drug screening. Then you wait on a phone call providing your start date.
