The interview process was relatively benign. The people were nice and the atmosphere was friendly.
I will say that from start to finish the entire process was 4 months, although it was sandwiched in between the Christmas holiday. It took them way too long to come up with a final decision. I had a face to face interview, having met 5 people and along the way I had 4 phone interviews. 4 weeks after my interview in Nashville I was informed of the decision.

Remote interview was professional and cordial with good info sharing. In person interview with HR are fair and informative. However, subsequent interview with hiring manager displayed a I AM NOT INTERESTED attitude even though questions are promptly answered and professional. Seems like they have made up their mind who to hire.
Standard behavior interview. Hybrid and in person. Asked about core values, culture, motivation , and DEI. Lasted 30 mins each round with 2 panels. Virtual was pretty straightforward. In person was laid back vibe.

Tell me about a time where you had to learn something on the fly.
Fairly standard, no case-type questions. Very heavy on experience and culture. Must be a fit a person as well as professionally. Being an effective storyteller w/data also a huge plus.
