Two interviews, one initial phone call as a screen then one technical interview in person. Friendly people asking relevant questions. Had reasonable expectations of knowledge for the position. Clear communiciation throughout.

It's frustrating as I found I was contacted by many (I recall 6) agents asking to put me forward, but AS took months between stages and chasing them became very boring. In the end I found another job, it was about 5 months between first contact and trying to confirm final stage interview.
