The most outdated process I have come across. They ask you to take a test which doesn't make sense and feels like it's one of those things they make people fresh out of university take. When you don't they get a HR person to reach out to you to ask you to take the test and then proceed to ghost you after. Test is rather long and does not seem to have relevance to the said job but as Aspire will claim otherwise as seen from past interviews. Honestly reflects the culture over here - they clearly do not value your time as a candidate.
