This interview actually took place in 07. Year wasn't an option on Glassdoor. I'd already accepted another role, but wanted to work in Search. I'd indicated as much to the hiring mgr, who arranged a half-day of interviews with the core team (about 6 people). It took about 4 hours. Questions probed my technical and logical skills, however, the soft skills were just as relevant. Offer was extended in about a day, and the whole process once initiated on Ask's response to my application was 2-4 days.
