I got a phone interview within a week of application submission. The Patient Services Representative supervisor asked about basic info and proceeded to an in-person interview. There were 3 representatives from the clinic during the in-person interview, and lasted about 40 minutes.
The whole interview process was smooth, but I was a bit nervous. The other party will go through your resume and ask you questions and will mention your opinion on this position.

Phone interview with the hiring manager. It lasted for about ten minutes and had eight questions in total. Asked me to talk about myself and my aspiration of the job.
