applied online and received an email to schedule a phone screen. The phone screen went well and the person seemed really nice. A few days passed by and received another email to schedule an on-site interview but never got a confirmation back or to which location I should show up to. in the end, they ghosted me. not even a "we decided to move forward with another candidate" waste of time
