Replied to advert. Then a telephone interview and then two 2 hour interviews with two separate Directors. One was a general sales and business test the other was more of an IT skills and personality test. I was also asked to meet the other team members. They were very keen to screen the applicant to make sure they had the right skills and personality to fit.
