Met with the recruiter who was very excited. Thought I was a great fit. Told me all about the job and gave a follow up day. After that the recruiter ghosted me. I even reached out by email to follow up and didn't even hear back that they went in a different direction. Job was taken down a few days later. It was very disappointing. They either hired internally and wasted my time or decided to axe the role.

Applied online. Received a call to set up a phone screen on a Thursday afternoon. We did that on Friday. Screener seemed unprepared with questions so I just took over the interview by basically telling her what I did on a daily basis. She seemed impressed and said she would forward my information to the hiring team. Later that same day I received a call to set up an in-person interview for that coming Monday so I shifted my schedule to accommodate. Although I was qualified for the job and felt the interview went well, I was not expecting an offer due to the fact that when I looked around the building there was NO ethcnic diversity. I guess it was not meant for me to work there anyways because I probably would have felt isolated and alone. It was there loss ultimately, but it's really sad how one dimensional that work environment is in 2018.
