I had a 30-minute phone interview and about an hour in-person interview with the manager of the unit I applied for. They both went really well. Both interviewers were very friendly and welcoming.
super easy, good flow, not so tough questions. They were very supportive during the interview process. Just type up and reherse your lines of why choosing the field/department/specialty and your good traits.
The nurse manager who interviewed me was friendly and made the process less stressful. I was worried about the process, but it was not bad. She asked questions about my background and experience and explained the job to me.
