Very unprofessional experience from the recruiter. I had an informal call with recruiter first during which we discussed salary expectations, expectations for the role, etc. During this time he seemed more concerned about my commute than my experience. The recruiter shared that he would call back if he was given the thumbs up to move me forward. I received a call, and scheduled additional interviews. Interviews were ok -- a couple employees seemed more concerned about my commute, than my experience. I do not live in Sunnyvale, but expressed I am comfortable making the commute. Afterwards, the recruiter continued to contact me regularly to share updates, and said he would call me the following week to share the final decision. Completely ghosted me and never called again.
