The application took over a month. The Group Secretary would contact you for online interview arrangement. The interview took around half an hour and conducted in both English and Cantonese. Typical CV questions.
The HR would send you the contract once the offer is confirmed.

Self introduction, past working experience, understanding of design methodologies, company culture, knowledge on design submission, etc.
It was really smooth and they were really personable. They also were really on top of the hiring process, I only waited a week or two to hear back in between stages starting from the first video recorded interview.
Two interviews with people on the team. not super hard. all behavior and no technical questions. Not a lot of time between interviews which was nice - didn't have to wait for that long.
completed virtual interview asked me to tell them about myself/experience, why I want to work at Arup, my graduation date, if I am eligible to work, if I will be available for the posted date.
