Received an email to schedule phone interview, spoke about 20 mins then received another email for face to face. Meet for about 1hr and haven't heard back( it's been about 2 weeks)

I spoke with HR, and then a regional VP. Both positive. The 2nd interviewer said he would send me to the next set of interviews, we had a really good conversation. I waited a couple of weeks, and reached out to HR about next steps and if there is anything they need from me. No response. I found out through LinkedIn that someone else received the job after it was reposted multiple times after I interviewed. No one sent a follow up that they were moving on with other candidates, or I wasn’t going any further in the process.
