After submitting my application, the process began with an initial screening call with the team lead and a future colleague. It was a great conversation where we discussed my background and the role's responsibilities, establishing a strong initial rapport. I was then thrilled to be invited to the next stage: a formal presentation. The unique challenge was to prepare and deliver a session as if I were already in the role, presenting as if I was doing a session for young people. This exercise was designed to simulate a real-world scenario, allowing me to demonstrate not only my expertise and preparation but also my ability to think critically and communicate effectively under pressure. The entire experience was incredibly insightful.
