The internal recruiter contacted me via LinkedIn, then introduced me to the role that might fit my skills. I interviewed via phone after that. The hiring manager wasn't very engaged during the conversation and overall it took about 20 minutes. During the interview it became apparent that the recruiter described the position in a misleading way, which is never helpful. On top of that, it didn't feel that the interviewer was trying to test my knowledge or is interested in the interview at all. Overall I would say that the team was not really prepared to start interviewing.
