Unorganized and unnecessarily long. I applied for the role on July 16th and scheduled 2 interviews within the next week. The third wasn’t scheduled until August 3rd, all with positive interactions and feedback. Today is August 25th and I have yet to receive a formal rejection despite numerous attempts to connect. Fortunately, I’m still currently employed but I’d hate to have been in a position where a company could string me along for over five weeks. It’s highly disrespectful to your perspective candidates and shows a lack of honesty, integrity, and overall hiring etiquette.
