Former manager Judy Smith was wonderful. Too bad they lost her people skills. She believed in my capabilities right away and offered me more compensation than I was originally there for. She hired me on the spot. Enjoyed her attitude and caring disposition. It was relaxed and felt more like a get to know u scenario vs an interrogation.
