One of the worst interviews I have ever had. The recruiter was professional, it was the hiring manager who just played so dirty on this. So we used to apply for the same company last year before she joined Aristocrat. If she was hired, I would have also reported to her. Not saying the director who was actually hired was better, but I am glad I did not have be on the same team with her. The only reason she wanted to interview me was because I got the job that she did not. Only thing she wanted to hear was how that company failed the system implementation and how I left the company (They were also set to fail by the time I joined the company.) She was so distracted by all kinds of things which she clearly has no manners, and all she said was how her current payroll is so destructive and not performing the way it should be. Nothing positive came out her mouth when she is talking about her team. I could already see what kind of leader, no, I mean, boss she is going to be if I joined the company.
