The recruiter was really nice. The interview was great because it was the opportunity for me to ask questions. That’s what the interview consisted of. I asked the recruiter the interview style and she said informal but I wish I would’ve known it would be that format. The interview was over and I was told to hang tight because there were many other interviews and I was the first. Crickets! I never heard back so for a company that prides themselves on culture I guess the candidate experience doesn’t matter.

No interview happened. Booked a time on recruiter's schedule, when the date came - no show. Emailed multiple times, called phone number provided, even submitted a notification email through the company website. Nothing - completely ghosted. Extremely unprofessional.
