At first I sent my CV and cover letter. Then was an in-house assessment day. 45 minutes of written test, 12 minutes arithmetics, and two more 20 minutes written tests.
On the same day interview with the HR person and the head of the editorial department.
The team is friendly, the interview questions were mostly motivational and role related.

I did not receive any feedback or a rejection email after completing the written assignment. They completely ghosted me. They also use the same written assignment test every single time.

Online test with four various stages focused on text understanding, writing skills, understanding market prices. Then second round interview with a potential manager, followed by last interview with and editorial manager.
