This was a rather bizarre question but doesn't even scratch the surface of what the rest of this interview entailed. I answered that in order to be impact driven, you need to understand the process. So, I guess I'd have to choose impact. The one combative individual disagreed and pushed back. It seemed like a minor disagreement to me but maybe a bit more serious to him.
