Submitted my application, cv and covering letter. Was asked to do a video interview and following that was invited to an assessment day in Bristol. Really enjoyed the day - 90-minute group exercise (involving lego!), lunch where you have the chance to talk to the assessors, then a 1-1 interview followed by a 30 minute written task. We were told that we would find out within two weeks whether we had been successful or not, it will have been two weeks tomorrow, have not heard anything yet.
