Entrevista
3 levels: first phone call with HR about general situation of candidate and short conversation in English. Second was call with manager, more technical conversation and information about responsibilities as a Requirement Engineer. Last stage was face to face interview with HR and technical manager. There were exercises to chceck candidate knowledge.
