2 Phone screen interviews with recruiter followed by face to face interview onsite. The role was pitched as junior-mid level however it was apparent at interview they were looking for someone to do both the administrative tasks as well as to be able to influence senior management. The role didn't appear to be speced out properly. The recruiter (who works fom Aptive) and who I had been in lots of contact with prior to interview rang me immediately after the interview to see how I thought it went and what questions I was asked. I never heard from her again until I followed up (twice) a number of weeks later. Disappointing experience.
