The 4 stages: Application stage - Passed. 1st stage interview - Not Passed, asked about previous experience and skills and the interviewer speaks more about Aptem. 2nd stage interview - More deeper questions, asking questions about Aptem as a company. 3rd stage interview and 15 minute presentation, this interview process in my opinion is too long, could be shortened to just to stages, as the first interview is 1hr running time.
